The principals of CT Extrusions, LLC bring over 75 years of combined rubber experience, including material engineering, processing, and industry knowledge. In its short history, CT Extrusions, LLC’s rubber extrusions have been qualified by World Class manufacturers in their respective industries of aerospace, appliance, HVAC, food packaging, medical, transportation, and others to compliment their products.   In partnership with its sister company, TRC Industries, Inc., (an internationally known non-chemical rubber reclaimer), CT Extrusions, LLC has a virtually waste free manufacturing process.  By working with our raw material vendors as well as our own in-house silicone mixing, CT Extrusions, LLC can offer extruded products utilizing devulcanized materials to enhance certain rubber properties while capitalizing on reduced raw material costs.   Located in Stow, Ohio (between Cleveland and Akron), CT Extrusions, LLC is in close proximity to all of its major suppliers and within a 1-2 day transit to most customers east of the Mississippi.  This allows us to operate under lean manufacturing principals and provide J.I.T. deliveries to our customers.
